Therese Stebens Plaque
Taken captive to Canada at age twelve, Therese Stebens [Thankful Stebbins] of Deerfield, Massachusetts, married and raised a family in Chambly, Quebec. This plaque was placed by her descendants near her grave. The photograph was taken by Emma Lewis Coleman circa 1889.
